§1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the website available at {{WEBSITE_URL}}.

The owner of the website and the service provider is Sylwia Rozpierska (hereinafter: “Instructor”).

§2. Type of Electronic Services

Through the website, the Instructor provides services consisting of:

a) Providing information about the dance lesson offer.

b) Providing a contact form enabling users to send messages to the Instructor.

Using these website functionalities is free of charge.

§3. Technical Requirements

To use the website, it is necessary to have a device with Internet access and a web browser.

§4. Complaints Procedure

In the event of incorrect operation of the website, the user may submit a complaint to the e-mail address: {{EMAIL}}

Complaints will be considered within 14 days.

§5. Booking, Payments, and Cancellation Policy

1. Booking a lesson date takes place through individual arrangements (via the contact form at {{WEBSITE_URL}}, e-mail, phone, or social media).

2. The booking is considered effective upon mutual confirmation of the date and location by both parties (e.g., via SMS or phone call).

3. Cancellation of classes:

   • a) The Client has the right to cancel the lesson no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. In such a case, the fee for the lesson itself is refunded (if already paid).
   • b) In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the lesson fee is non-refundable (or the Client is obliged to pay it if the payment was to be made in cash).

4. Studio Rental Fee:

   • a) The studio rental fee (usually approx. 40-50 PLN, depending on the studio’s price list) is an external cost incurred by the Instructor at the time of booking.
   • b) The studio rental fee is non-refundable at any time from the moment the booking is confirmed (pursuant to point 2), regardless of when the Client cancels the lesson.

5. Any random situations, emergencies, and changes of dates resulting from causes independent of the parties will be discussed and agreed upon directly with the Client on an individual basis.

§6. Final Provisions

In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code shall apply.
