WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the website available at {{WEBSITE_URL}}.

The owner of the website and the service provider is Sylwia Rozpierska (hereinafter: “Instructor”) – a natural person providing services as unregistered business activity (“działalność nierejestrowana”). Contact: {{EMAIL}}

§2. Type of Electronic Services

Through the website, the Instructor provides services consisting of:

a) Providing information about the dance lesson offer.

b) Providing a contact form enabling users to send messages to the Instructor.

Using these website functionalities is free of charge.

§3. Technical Requirements

To use the website, it is necessary to have a device with Internet access and a web browser.

§4. Complaints Procedure

In the event of incorrect operation of the website, the user may submit a complaint to the e-mail address: {{EMAIL}}

Complaints will be considered within 14 days.

§5. Booking, Payments, and Cancellation Policy

1. Booking a lesson date takes place through individual arrangements (via the contact form at {{WEBSITE_URL}}, e-mail, phone, or social media).

2. The booking is considered effective upon mutual confirmation of the date and location by both parties (e.g., via SMS or phone call).

3. Cancellation of classes:

   • a) The Client has the right to cancel the lesson no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. In such a case, the fee for the lesson itself is refunded (if already paid).
   • b) In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the lesson fee is non-refundable (or the Client is obliged to pay it if the payment was to be made in cash).

4. Studio Rental Fee:

   • a) The studio rental fee (usually approx. 40-50 PLN, depending on the studio’s price list) is an external cost incurred by the Instructor at the time of booking.
   • b) The studio rental fee is non-refundable at any time from the moment the booking is confirmed (pursuant to point 2), regardless of when the Client cancels the lesson.

5. Any random situations, emergencies, and changes of dates resulting from causes independent of the parties will be discussed and agreed upon directly with the Client on an individual basis.

§6. Payment Methods and Online Purchase Process

1. Fixed-price lesson packages can be purchased online via the payment provider Stripe. Available payment methods are: payment card, BLIK, and Przelewy24.

2. After a successful payment, the Client is redirected to a confirmation page and receives an automatic e-mail confirmation from Stripe. The Instructor then contacts the Client to arrange the lesson date.

3. Reservation without prepayment (cash payment on site) is also possible – via the reservation form on the website.

§7. Right of Withdrawal

1. A Client who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. To withdraw from the contract, it is sufficient to send a statement to the e-mail address: {{EMAIL}}

3. If the Client requested that the service begin (e.g., booked a specific lesson date) before the end of the 14-day period and the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal does not apply to that performed service (Art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).

4. A refund for unused, not-yet-performed prepaid lessons is made using the same payment method that the Client used. The refund will be made promptly, no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal statement.

5. The cancellation and refund rules in §5 do not limit the consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal from a distance contract described in this section. In the event of any conflict, the consumer’s right of withdrawal prevails.

§8. Complaints Regarding the Service

The Client may submit a complaint regarding the service provided to the e-mail address: {{EMAIL}}. Complaints will be considered within 14 days.

§9. Final Provisions

In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code shall apply.
